A FIFA 16 egyik legnagyobb vonzereje továbbra is a licencek elég széles köre, amit sikerült megszereznie az EA-nek a játékhoz, ez persze nem csak a csapatokra érvényes, hanem a stadionjaikra is. Az idei részben kilenc új pálya kerül be, ezzel együtt pedig 50 valódi, és 28, az EA Canada által kitalált gyepszőnyegen játszhatunk majd.
Az angol Premiere League három új belépőjének staidonjai mellett olyan csapatok pályái kerülnek be, mint a Seattle Sounders otthona, a Century Link Field, az El Monumental, ahol a River Plate játssza hazai meccseit, vagy a Stade Vélodrome, az Olympique de Marseille stadionja.
