Előző héten érkezett a szomorú hír, hogy elhunyt David Prowse, akit legtöbben talán az eredeti Star Wars-trilógiában betöltött szerepe kapcsán ismertek, hiszen három filmben is ő viselte a legendás Sith nagyúr, Darth Vader jelmezét. Természetesen rengetegen emlékeztek meg róla az interneten, köztük jó néhány olyan színész is, akik valamilyen módon szintén kötődnek George Lucas messzi messzi galaxisához.
A Lucasfilm egy bejegyzésben emlékezett meg Prowse-ról a Star Wars hivatalos oldalán, sokan pedig a Twitteren tették meg ugyanezt. Többek között Mark Hamill, Pedro Pascal, Rosario Dawson, Joonas Suotamo és még a Peter Mayhew Foundation is lerótta tiszteletét az elhunyt színész előtt egy-egy bejegyzésben.
